At Votrelle, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and secure as possible.

Accepted payment methods

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and at the bottom of every page of our website.

Currency and taxes

All transactions are processed in United States dollars (USD). Any sales tax we are legally required to collect is shown at checkout.

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). US import duties and customs fees are included in our prices, so you will never be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Payment processing

Order confirmation: once your payment is successful, you receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details. Please allow up to 24 hours for payment verification.

Declined payments: if your payment is declined, check with your bank or card provider whether any restrictions apply, or try another payment method offered at checkout.

Security and fraud prevention

All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology, and we never store full card details on our servers. To protect against fraud, Votrelle may cancel suspicious orders. If verification is needed, we contact you by the email address provided at checkout.

Refunds and cancellations

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after your return has been received and inspected. Your bank may need a few extra days to process the credit. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Delivery times and tracking are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Privacy

Your personal and payment data is processed securely and in line with our Privacy Policy.
