Shipping area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Where your order ships from

Votrelle is a brand of Senden Corporation, registered in the Netherlands. Your order is produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner in Asia and delivered to your door by USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Delivery times

Processing: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit: 6 to 8 business days.
Total estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days after your order.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. Customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order value.

Import duties and taxes

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). US import duties and customs fees are included in our prices and paid by us. You will never be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Delivery issues

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, email info@votrelle.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
