1. Introduction and acceptance of terms
Welcome to Votrelle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, content, tools, and any services or products offered through the site (collectively, the "Service"). By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms in full, you must not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page; your continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Our online store runs on a reputable third party ecommerce platform and payment providers. These partners enable secure checkout and order processing; they do not control our business decisions, product selection or customer support.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
By using the Service, you confirm that you are of the legal age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to consumer protection and intellectual property.

Payment information is always encrypted during transmission through our payment partners. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service, including site content, without our prior written permission.

We strive to present accurate, current and complete information. The site may occasionally include typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions or delivery times. Votrelle may correct such errors and update content at any time, where legally permissible and acting reasonably.
5. Changes to service, products and prices
Product assortments, features and prices may change without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the Service, provided this does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Products, visuals and availability
Colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but the color you see depends on your device and settings. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, household or region where necessary for regulatory, shipping or logistical reasons.
7. Orders, billing and account information
Order acceptance: your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or limit any order for legitimate reasons, such as stock constraints, payment issues or suspected fraud. If we change or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Accuracy of details: you agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all purchases.
Payments: all payments must be made using the methods offered at checkout. Charges are made in US dollars (USD). You are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees applied by your own provider.
Taxes and duties: all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). US import duties and customs fees are included in our prices and paid by us, so you will never be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. Any sales tax we are legally required to collect is shown at checkout.
8. Shipping, delivery and risk of loss
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal peaks, weather or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts or non collection, we may charge shipping costs for a new dispatch or refund the order minus shipping costs, as permitted by applicable law.
9. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Your rights and procedures for returns, exchanges and cancellations are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. That policy explains:
- When and how you can return or exchange items.
- The full return address of our fulfillment partner in Dongguan, China.
- Who pays for return shipping.
- The condition items must be in, and which items cannot be returned, such as personalized items and items marked Final Sale.
We will honor any rights you have under applicable law in addition to the options set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Third party tools and links
We may provide access to third party tools and links that we do not monitor or control. Your use of third party tools or websites is at your own risk; please review their own terms and policies.
11. Reviews, comments and submissions
If you send us suggestions, reviews, ideas or other materials ("Submissions"), you grant Votrelle a nonexclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, edit, publish and display them for legitimate business purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that it does not infringe third party rights and is not unlawful or misleading.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service to break any law, infringe intellectual property, harass or defame others, submit false or misleading information, upload malicious code, collect personal information of others without a lawful basis, engage in spam, phishing or scraping, or interfere with security features. Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
14. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Votrelle reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if information on the Service is inaccurate, where lawful and reasonable.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing in this section affects our 12 Month Guarantee.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Votrelle and Senden Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Votrelle and Senden Corporation from claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service or violation of any law or third party rights.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
19. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
20. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies referenced on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Votrelle regarding the Service.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where Senden Corporation is registered. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you under the law of your place of residence.
