Return & Refund Policy

At Votrelle we want you to love your jewelry. This policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work, including where returns are sent and who pays for return shipping.

1. Return window

You can request a return within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered. Returns are accepted by mail only.

2. Return address

Our jewelry is shipped from our fulfillment partner in China. All returns must be sent to:

Please do not send returns to our registered office in Voerendaal, the Netherlands. That address is an administrative office without warehouse facilities, and parcels sent there cannot be processed.

3. Return shipping costs

Defective, damaged or incorrect items: we cover all costs. Email photos of the item to info@votrelle.com and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not pay any shipping costs.

Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer. Because the return address is in China, international postage applies. We recommend a tracked service from USPS, UPS or FedEx. We never charge restocking fees.

4. Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging, including the pouch or box.
Personalized items, such as custom initial rings, cannot be returned for a change of mind. They are fully covered if defective.
Products clearly marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

5. How to return an item

Step 1: Email info@votrelle.com with your order number so we can register your return.
Step 2: We reply within 24 hours on business days with your return number.
Step 3: Ship the item to the return address above with tracking, write your return number on the parcel and email us the tracking number.

6. Refunds

We inspect your return within 3 business days of arrival and notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to process the credit.

7. Exchanges

Need a different ring or bracelet size? Email us within 30 days of delivery. We ship your new size once the original item has arrived at our return address. For defective items we ship the replacement right away.

8. Warranty
